Child Care Center - Caregiver
We are a ministry to the youngest members and visitors of our church. It is the responsibility of all paid caregivers to care for the physical needs and be sensitive to the emotional and spiritual needs of the children in the Child Care Center.
Director of Modern Worship
The Director of Modern Worship is responsible for planning, coordinating and leading weekly Sunday worship experiences. They will prepare, equip, and empower staff and volunteers, and lead both the congregation and the worship band. They will also lead and mentor the worship staff and volunteers for youth, kids, and young adults.

Family Life Ministries - Middle School Associate
The Middle Associate will provide leadership working alongside the Middle School Director and Family Life Ministries team. This includes regular midweek youth group, Sunday morning worship, recruiting and investing in volunteers, events and activities, retreats and missions opportunities, and most importantly, hanging out with middle schoolers. Our desire is that the associate would utilize their time to engage in vocational and spiritual discernment to further discern their call. We are asking for a minimum three-year commitment in this role.
Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and enhancing HR programs, policies, and practices that equip and empower staff to use their giftedness and skills in achieving ministry objectives.
This position oversees the HR functions of employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Serves as a strategic partner to senior management regarding organizational structure and effectiveness in alignment with the BelPres’ vision and strategic goals.
