Our Mission
At BelPres Church, our mission is to participate with Jesus in furthering the kingdom of God on the Eastside and the places in the world he sends us. Over the next 3-5 years we feel called as a church to walk this out by:
Equipping our whole congregation to be fully-engaged disciples.
Empowering every generation to reach young families.
Further developing our campus to serve the needs of our church family and the Eastside.
Our staff live this mission every day, using their gifts and talents together toward unity and revival on the Eastside and around the world.

BelPres offers a competitive benefits package designed to meet the financial and spiritual needs of our employees. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long term disability insurance premiums are fully paid by BelPres for all employees 25 or more hours per week. The cost of adding family members to some of these plans is shared between BelPres and individual employees. All employees over 15 hours also receive 12 paid holidays per year, 3-4 weeks of vacation, and 2 weeks of sick leave. Employees under 15 hours per week receive sick leave based on hours worked. Participation in a 403(b) plan is available for employees 15 or more hours per week, with a contribution from BelPres for those 30 or more hours. The Facilities Director is responsible for creating a clean, safe, and welcoming physical campus. Child Care Center Caregiver (Part Time)
The Child Care Center (CCC) ministers to the youngest members and visitors of BelPres. As a Caregiver, you will care for the physical needs and be sensitive to the emotional and spiritual needs of the children in the CCC. For more information, download the job description here. High School Ministry Director (Full Time)
The High School Ministry Director will engage families, parents, and students while developing the biblical, theological, and developmental framework for high school ministry in light of BelPres’ vision. Eastside Academy Student Ministries Associate (Full Time)
The Student Ministry Associate (SMA) is a shared position that serves both the Renew Homes and BelPres High School ministry. The SMA position is ideal for someone focused on pursuing a career in ministry, alternative education, counseling, or non-profit work serving vulnerable populations. The SMA participates actively in the Renew Homes through student supervision, mentoring, and development of House protocols.
