Our time together will be an active engagement exploring diversity and reconciliation through recent research on the formation of personal and societal lenses. Through a guided-process leaders will explore the “frames and filters” we use to understand multiethnic engagement, deepen cross-cultural literacy, and assists in realizing areas of growth individually and corporately.
