In fact, this is a place where there is always a lot going on, and getting your physical body exercised is only the beginning. Holy Yoga Slow Flow- Beginner to Intermediate
Mondays, 10-11:15am in S-150
Take time to slow down, improve your fitness and deepen your faith. Increase strength, focus & flexibility as you link breath with yoga postures. Each class includes biblical meditation and deep relaxation. For men & women in good health. Bring your mat or borrow one. There is a suggested $6/class donation and drop-in’s are welcome. Wednesdays, 10-11:15am in S-150
Emphasis on flexibility, injury prevention and stress reduction. Each class includes biblical meditation and deep relaxation. Great for beginners, men, women & active seniors. Work at your own level. Aerobics & Strength
Core Power Ball
Fridays, 9:30-10:30am in the Community Center
This full-body stability, strength, and cardio workout will make you sweat and will have you ready for the weekend. Training will use the exercise ball, light weights, and your own body weight to increase core strength, cardio fitness, and flexibility. Each class will be new, challenging, and full of fun. All levels welcome. There is a suggested $6/class donation and drop-in’s are welcome. NO Child care available. For other questions email Athletics.
Strength & Toning Conditioning Class
Ready to work hard and have some fun? Join us for a fun-filled intense boot camp conditioning class. We will focus on strength, power and speed as well as building up your cardio endurance and core strength. Class meets in the Community Center. There is a suggested $6/class donation and drop-in’s are welcome. For questions email Athletics.
Mondays, 6:30-9:30 pm in the Community Center
Kids and parents have priority for the first 45 minutes. If you’d like to improve your skills, tips and coaching will be available from area badminton experts. Three courts provide opportunities for all levels to play. No reservations required. $3 donation appreciated.
Tuesdays, 6:00-9:30 pm in the Community Center
Ages 35+ 6:00-7:30 pm | Ages 18+ 8:00-9:30 pm
No reservations required. $3 donation appreciated.
Thursdays, 6:00-9:30 pm in the Community Center
Ages 18 and older are invited to join in a semi-competitive night of volleyball. Up to two courts at a time to accommodate more players. No reservations required. $3 donation appreciated.
Fridays, 7:00-8:30 pm in the Community Center
Play soccer all year round. This program, held in the fall, winter, and spring, allows you to continue to play even when the weather does not cooperate. No reservations required. $3 donation appreciated.
