Parenting Adolescents  through Big Emotions

6:30-8pm, UC- 425

For many parents the thought of “teenage years” is enough to incite panic in us. What is happening to my sweet boy or girl who is morphing into what seems like a bundle of hormones and angst?  What should we expect as our kids grow?  To move from panic to peace, however, we might need a change of perspective and a better understanding of what our kids are going through.  This upcoming series will help you develop more compassion and understanding for your teenager as they are wrestling with big feelings.  Join us for any or all of the upcoming weeks as we explore this topic together.
