BelPres Wednesdays

Come to BelPres on Wednesday nights for six weeks of learning and growing as a family. Apr 24 to May 29, we will have Family Dinner followed by programming for kids and teens, as well introducing a new class for adults, called “The Art of Neighboring”. People of all ages will have a chance to dig deeper into what it means to really love our neighbor as ourself, and how to bring Jesus to where you live, work, play, and learn. We hope to see you there!

Family Dinner

Community Center | 6-6:30pm

Come early and enjoy fellowship with our Family Dinner in the Community Center at 6pm. We are not able to make accommodations for allergies, unfortunately, but you are welcome to bring your own dinner and join us for a great time. Donations are accepted at the door. Suggested donation each week: $5/person or $20 max/family.

Youth Programs

Elementary School Program

Wednesdays | 6:30pm-8:30pm | Community Center

For children kindergarten- grade 5.

For six weeks we will look at Mr. Roger’s classic question, “Won’t you be my neighbor?” The Bible tells us to be a good neighbor, but what does that mean? How do we be a good neighbor when it’s hard? What does it look like to be a good neighbor on the baseball field or on the playground? Together we will explore what the Bible says about being a good neighbor and learn that we can start at any age! Join us for one, two or all six weeks! We will start with Family Dinner at 6pm, followed by our program from 6:30-7:30 and an hour of gym time after until 8:30pm. We need parent volunteers to come join the fun and help make it a success! The Child Care Center will be open from 6:15 to 8:15pm, by reservation. We hope to see you there!

Middle School Youth Group

Wednesdays | 7pm-8:30pm | UC- 105

For students grades 6-8

 High School Youth Group

Wednesdays | 7-8:30pm | UC-303

Have you ever wondered what it really means to love your neighbor? For six weeks high school students will dive deep into what it means to be God’s healing where they live and play. Throughout the series, students will be invited to see how God is working in the story of our world and how he wants to use their stories as well. Starts April 24 in UC-303 at 7pm.

Adult Class

The Art of Neighboring

Wednesdays | 6:30-8pm | UC-425

We want to update you on some important changes we’ve made to our upcoming Spring classes on Wednesdays. From April 24-May 29, following our community dinner, you are all invited to join ‘The Art of Neighboring’ study in UC 425 from 6:30-8pm. Jesus invites us to engage our neighbors in meaningful relationship and we want to give you practical tools on just how to do that. How many of the problems that we see in our communities could be solved by putting his greatest commandment – to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves – into practice? Join us for an interactive time focused on how to build genuine relationships right outside our doors! The class is free ($7 suggested donation for book) but it will help with planning if you’d register here:   Register Here

With this change, we are postponing “5 Dates”. We are also canceling the book discussion of “Present Over Perfect” for the Spring. We hope to see you in UC 425 on April 24th!”
