New Growth Opportunity
Based on the bestselling book, “The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work,” by Gottman and Silver, this 6-week course provides practical, research-based tools to help couples: improve friendship, enhance intimacy, manage conflict constructively, gain skills to address problems, create shared meaning, and maintain gains for a lifetime. The interactive format includes teaching from Gottman-trained therapists Anna Anderson and Kerry McCarter. Anna and Kerry believe wholly in the transforming work of the Holy Spirit as they seek to offer the best therapy practices.
Fun Fact: Kerry and her husband co-created the popular, “Gottman Couples Retreat Board Game.” This 6-week, Wednesday, evening (6:30 pm – 8 pm, UC-325) workshop is for couples at any stage of a relationship. The cost is $35/couple, please register .

Men’s Monday Morning Quarterback

Christ & Culture
This group meets on Tuesday mornings from 6:30-7:45am in S-137 (Welcome Room).
They use fiction and expository literature to address spiritual issues and to find the answers God has given in the revelation of scripture, the life of Jesus, Creation, the Holy Spirit and in the history of the Church.
We are equipping men to understand and engage the world and to listen to what culture is saying and respond effectively. We listen to questions and doubts in order to strengthen how we see God working in the world, in history and in our time, and to learn to serve in ways that would bring honor to the Kingdom.
