WE'RE NEW TO BELPRES. Where do we go on Sundays?

Thank you for checking this site for information!  You will find helpful greeters, ushers, and many directional signs for each age group in our buildings, so it will be easy to find your way around. These instructions apply to all services except special holiday schedules.

Infants and toddlers, Child care is available for all worship services, including evening services, unless otherwise stated. Ages 3 mos - turning 3 yrs by Aug 31, 2013, will find safe and wonderfully stimulating times in the Child Care Center, located at the top of the grand staircase inside the main church lobby.  Bible story time and activities are provided for our Turning 3 group.  Many capable staff and volunteers will take good care of your child.  Please let them know fit he child has any allergies or important other things of which to be aware.

Children in Preschool or Elementary through 5th grade are invited to attend classes in the Upper Campus building, across the playground from the main sanctuary building.  Please see a greeter on the first floor lobby of the Upper Campus building if your children have not previously used the electronic check-in security system. One important thing to note is the 5th graders meet at 9:45 and 11am service times only.  If you desire to come at 9am, they are welcome to join the 4th grade class.

One-time-only visitors need only sign a list to leave parent/emergency contact info with us, and pick up a nametag at the welcome desk.

How Does the Electronic Check-in System work?

We use electronic check-in to provide a name tag for the child and a matching claim tag (security) for the parent.  The nametag also lists any important allergies, so teachers and leaders can take good care of your children. Once reigistered you will be able to use the kiosk to type in identifying information for your child(ren) and check in to the hour they are attending. If you want your child to be enrolled  in class and able to use the elctronic check-in system in future weeks, please fill out a registration form (see right column) and leave it with the greeter when you come. You may either download the form here to save time on Sunday, or fill one out when you arrive. Either way, please stop at the greeter's desk for a temporary nametag and parent claim ticket. The greeter will help you find your way to the classrooms.

New: Family Life Ministries
If you haven’t heard yet, Children’s Ministries and Youth Ministries have merged into one department here at BelPres:  Family Life Ministries, under the leadership of Dr. Lars Rood.  While you will see some changes, most of the faces remain the same!  We encourage you to watch the video announcements from Labor Day Weekend (the one that says ‘with Ryan Beattie’) for a brief overview of ‘who’s who in the new Family Life Ministries!
